Who is the library for?

• Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and associated staff
• NHS Berkshire West (formerly Berkshire West PCT)
• Students on placement with either of the above organisations

The Library is open to all those working for or with NHS Trusts in the South Central - however the services available and the charges made may vary according to which trust you work for - please contact the library for more information.

A note about charges - if you work for Berkshire Healthcare Trust or NHS Berkshire West your employer has already paid for most of our services and you will not be charged personally.  However if you do not work for one of these organisations then charges will apply - please contact the library for more details.

The Healthcare Library supports continuing professional development and facilitates the provision of evidence-based healthcare, by enabling access to printed and electronic sources of information via a high quality service provided by qualified and trained staff.
